Starbox started with a simple wish — to bring the comforting, everyday Japanese food we grew up loving to the families and neighbours of Pakenham.

We simmer broths from scratch. We slice fish each morning. We fold gyoza by hand. None of it is shortcut food, and none of it is fussy — it's the kind of meal you can eat on a Tuesday and still remember on Friday.
